and pinewood: (loot, but not to be sold). you get these to continue through archades to get to the lab. to get these
lucrative goodies, you need to help out the citizens of archades in their little woes that give them sleepless nights. their
dreary little tales that make their sad pathetic little lives and that will make your heart weep i know, but by listening
to them and passing on the appropriate knowledge to the right person can get you places in archades. their motto is that knowledge
is power.
once you have finished
your business in the labs of archadia, you can return back here but only if you have sandalwood, according to the young lady
patrolling the door. to get your sandalwood you need 28 pinewood chops according to this guy in the weapon shop where you
can do your sandalwood and pinewood chop trading.
key items
feather
of the flock: (key item) during the rains in Giza plains, you have to go around the area to chop down certain tree
stumps. these driftwood will float to another area where they gather together to build a nifty bridge to a secret area. this
secret area will house a hunt (once accepted) and the key item feather of the flock. you will need this clever little widget
to speak with the cockatrice, who will eventually decide to wander off from their home in giza.

ff 7, i did find two, (i will tell you the secrets later on the final fantasy online magazine in the final fantasy vii section).
in later ff series, you have to find rare items to create one of these ribbons. as of yet, me and my gaming buddy kyle still
have not found the ribbon in ff12, but we will keep an eye out for it.
